Because of the generosity of corporate sponsors, local businesses and individuals, we can continue our hands-on work that has saved and touched countless lives.

Throughout the year, we are working on ways to raise the funds needed to further our mission. We actively submit grant applications, receive donations from people like you, businesses, and corporations with a love of animals. In addition, we hold fundraising events like our Augusta’s Next Top Dog competition, Online Auctions and many more. Most include silent auction and raffles and are fun ways to raise money for our lifesaving programs and gather together with more animal loving people. Food, vaccinations, flea control, toys, beds and medical assistance when needed – it all adds up far too quickly sometimes. Founded in 2009, That’s What Friends Are For (TWFAF) helps families with the expense of spaying/neutering their animals. Your donation helps us continue our work.
